- Enter your Roadrunner email address and password.
- Choose ‘manual setup’.
- Select either IMAP or POP3 as your account type. (IMAP is recommended).
- Enter the following details in POP settings:
- For account type, you will have to select either POP or POP3.
- Enter ‘mail.twc.com’ in ‘incoming mail server’ option.
- Enter ‘110’ in ‘POP3 Port’ of incoming server.
- For ‘Outgoing mail server’ (SMTP) option, enter ‘mail.twc.com’.
- Enter ‘587’ in ‘SMTP port’ of outgoing server.
- Enter your Roadrunner email address in ‘inbound and outbound username’ section.
- It’s time to enter a password for the email account.
- Check the box corresponding to ‘SMTP server requires authentication’ option.
- Enter the following details in IMAP settings:
- For ‘Account Type’ you need to select ‘IMAP’.
- For ‘incoming mail server’, you need to enter ‘mail.twc.com’.
- Enter ‘143’ in the IMAP port of ‘Incoming server’.
- In ‘Outgoing mail server’ (SMTP) option, you need to enter ‘mail.twc.com’.
- Enter ‘587’ in the ‘SMTP Port’ of ‘Outgoing Server’.
- Enter your Roadrunner email address in ‘inbound and outbound username’ section.
- Type in the password for your RR email address in the ‘Inbound and outbound’ section.
- Check the box corresponding to ‘SMTP server requires authentication’ option.
- Now, you will have to enter your Roadrunner Webmail address and its password.
- Then, select ‘Next’.
- You can add a name for your RR email account as well, but this is optional. But, you will have to add a display name, which should be your real name, as your contacts will see this name after they receive emails from you.
- At last, you need to click ‘Done’ to save settings.
